New user not being sent Welcome Email

I’ve added a new user to my box users and they are not receiving the confirmation email that is apparently being sent – can you please advise how to get this to work?

    I have the same problem with a new user added a few days ago - and this has been an intermittent problem with Box over the last couple of years.  Please help?
