Box Web UI takes a LONG time to fully load top-level "all files" view

When Box is accessed via the web UI, the top-level view takes a very long time to fully resolve. This means it takes 5-10 minutes before anyone can right-click on an entry to change the collaboration settings. When trying to change the settings on one file, the UI then needs to reload again, taking another 5-10 minutes.

 

Is this the expected behavior?
