Box Status

Download request for Box Tools after download.

When attempting to open a file after I downloaded Box tools, I was requested to download Box Tools. There is Box Tools in control panel, but not in Task Manager on my computer,  How can I solve this problem?

    If you're still prompted to install Box Tools even after you've installed it, please follow the steps from this Community article, Continious Prompt to Install Box Tools.
