I did not receive the invitation email.

It seems that the administrator has given me an operation to send an email invitation, but I have not received it. I have checked my spam folder and the company's spam list, but I cannot find it.
I can log in and access the company page, but when I try to access the folder link directly, the following message appears in Japanese

This shared file or shared folder link has been deleted or is no longer available.
If you believe this issue has occurred in error, please email the owner or contact Box Support.

My address is your suppression email?
