Cancel my account

This system does not allow me to cancel my account.  I never knew I even signed up for Box.  I don't want Box.  I have not used Box.  I don't know what Box does and I don't want it.  Refund my payment.  I am blocking payment on my Amex.  You can fight it out with Amex.
