Hello Box support, 

  1. As we are using this box account from long time, want to purchase this account.
  2. We have selected the "Starter plan", added the required details like credit card, billing address.
  3. But the upgrade checkout has failed with below error.
    There was an error processing your request.
    Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.

  4. Request to review & do the needful ASAP.
