Files are not showing

All of the file in the All Files folder are missing. They were there last week, and a colleague of mine is still able to view them. Though when I go to the folder there are no files listed. How can I regain access to the files on the drive?

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    Upon checking, you don't have owned contents and you could be looking for a shared folder. If so, please contact the owner to locate the folder. 

    Notes:

    • When items are deleted from a collaboration folder, both the owner and the person who deleted the item can recover the items from the Trash. 
    • If you are removed as a collaborator from a file or folder that you've deleted, you no longer see that item in Trash. To see the item in Trash, you must be again added as a collaborator to that item.
