Box Status

I have not granted new seats to anyone, but I am receiving a notification that I have used more seats than I purchased

I have purchased 3 seats, and have not grated new seats to anyone. Box is telling me I am using 7 seats. I can't see who has the extra seats and I can't find any way to talk to someone about it. I want to talk to an actual person!!!!
