Want to reset the token and refresh token for user as it is not used from last 2 years

Hello Team ,
I want to reset the token and refresh token for my box user and the problem is i only know the

1. BOX_API_KEY
2. BOX_API_CLIENT_SECRET

I dont have any other info about the user .

How can i reset the token and refresh token for this user ?
