Creating a link in a PDF to a specific page of a PDF on Box.

I'm trying to create a link in a PDF to a specific page of a PDF that is already loaded on Box. I am trying the #page=3 format but that doesn't seem to work. Is there another way?

They marked it answered and never answered it. Spoke directly with a tech support person and the answer is it can't be done, but feel free to request it as a new feature.
