    Hello, 

    If the new user isn’t receiving verification emails from Box and there’s no trace in your Exchange logs, consider these steps:

    Check Spam/Junk: Ensure the user checks their spam or junk folders.
    Email Filters: Look for any filters that might block emails from Box.
    Suppression List: Verify if the email is on Box’s suppression list and remove it if necessary.
    Contact Box Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Box support for further assistance
