Box Salesforce - Create Folder Action Error

We are getting below error when user are running Salesforce flow which creates Box folders. This error is not coming when System Admin user is running the flow. We have checked all the field/objects permissions. Could you please help us resolve this error or find the root cause?

 

An Apex error occurred: System.CalloutException: You have uncommitted work pending. Please commit or rollback before calling out
