New User's Unable to Create Account

I'm having trouble with sharing folders - the folk I'm sharing with are unable to create the free account and it is prompting them to create premium paid accounts only, contrary to what we are told on the BOX site.

I've been directed to support.box.com to submit a ticket, but there is no way to do so, so I am reaching out here.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    To setup an account for free: 

    • Launch your browser and go to https://www.box.com/pricing
    • Click Individuals and Teams, select Sign Up under Individual Free.
    • Fill out the necessary information then Get Started.

    Please send the following instructions to your colleague and let us know if there will be an issue.
