Storage discrepancy | Have 136 MB data but it shows 10 GB storage Used

Hi Box Team,

I am encountering storage_quota error occasionally, the account settings page showed 10 GB of Storage Used out of 10 GB, while the Admin Console page indicates around 136 MB of data. I cross checked this and can account for the 136 MB only by looking at different folders and files uploaded in them but can't account for the remaining 9.8 GB.
Could you please assist us in identifying the source of this discrepancy and ensure it doesn't lead to future issues?
