Resetting box drive on windows 11

Hi! I experienced a power outage and my desktop was shut down while I was transferring files to box drive. I tried the "reset box drive" on the webpage but wasn't able to delete the folder in Appdata as I was denied access. 

I then tried to uninstall the app and reinstall, and I got this,

I would really appreciate any help! Thanks in advance!
