Changing the account domain

Thank you very much for your continued support.

 

The domain of the account I am currently using is "@gride.co.jp",

but I would like to change this to another domain "@jcmoa.org".

 

In that case, would it be possible to transfer the current data and external user information in the BOX as is?

If so, please tell me how to change the domain.

    To change the domain of your Box account from "@gride.co.jp" to "@jcmoa.org" and transfer data along with external user information, contact Box support.
