How to migrate data between two BOX users?

I have a request from a user to have their account deleted and all data moved to another person.
I have checked multiple posts on this forum but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer or they are extremely outdated.

I know that when deleting an account, I am asked whether I want to move that data to another person or simply delete it.
However, I have a couple questions:

1. Is simply selecting the new account upon deletion enough to move ALL data from one account to the other?

2. Does that break any existing links to the data? (sent to external and internal collaborators)

3. How long would it take for, let's say, 300 GBs of data for that operation to complete?

4. If there is data lost, how can it be recovered?

I second the need to have greater clarity around this question. We have a user who has 12TB of storage. I would like to remove them from the account, but with that much data tied to their user account it would be borderline catastrophic if there were a loss of any data in the transfer process. To echo Tiago, how long does the transfer take and will other users experience any impact due to the transfer occurring? Thanks
