I've been working on a word doc or 2 days and accidentally closed it without saving changes.  I thought I'd only lose the last 10 minutes of so of work by accessing the version history on Box.  However when I go to version history, there's nothing there.  It only has the original creation date from two days ago.  How is this possible?  How often does Box save a version history.

      Many other of my documents have version histories. I do have the paid version through employer.
