Unable to access account with email address

Hello,

I'm having an issue access a box account with my email address. When logging in It takes me back to a box account with WB Discovery that I worked for over two years ago, and unfortunately it won't let me log in beyond that. How do I recover the email with my box account to use with the new company I'm working for?
