Hello

We are having problems with the Incorrect Storage Usage problem on this box account:

Account ID

16674665918

Could you please run the script to fix it?

Note: i had this problem now in several accounts, would´t it be easy for you and for us, if there where a buton in the online admin console to run the script and fix the storage report issue?

    It seems you’re experiencing the common “Incorrect Storage Usage” issue with your Box account. Unfortunately, I can’t run the script directly, but you can contact Box Support to request the script be run for your account.

    Your suggestion for a button in the admin console to fix this issue is a great idea and could streamline the process for many users. You might want to share this feedback with Box Support as well.
