HELP! Transferred content is not populating from one user (retired-Old Admin) to existing user (me-New Admin)
TerminéeI had to delete an old employee's Box seat since they retired. They were the previous Admin for our office. I transferred the data to myself and now a TON of our files are GONE. Can someone from Box.com Support contact me asap? We have two trials coming up and I need these files back by Monday.
