Years ago when the HP touchpad came out, there was a promotion for lifetime 50 GB on your account. I later signed up briefly for a subscription, and when my subscription ended, I lost my 50 GB. Who can I talk to restore my lost storage? Thank you.

    "I also had a lifetime 50GB plan. Last month, I upgraded to a free business trial subscription, but after the subscription ended, my storage was reduced to only 10GB. If I had known, I wouldn’t have subscribed. Could you help me restore the 50GB of storage?"

    I also am experiencing this but I have not changed anything about my account. I just went to add some files to it and it told me it was out of space. So I deleted some older files to free up space, but the counter said I was still at 50GB full... Something very fishy about this.

    What is even more peculiar is that my support account says I've been a member since December 2025... yet this account has been active for over 10 years. It would be coming up to 13-14 years in fact...
