Data not resetting after deleting files

Again this is a on going problem that i wish you guys would fix! once i delete files the data does not reflect the delete!  I have to send these support tickets ever two weeks to get this error fixed.. Please fix this asap and hopefully we can fix this problem once and for all!!!
