Unable to log in on Mac

After installing the App on my Mac I am unable to log in.  I just get a new log in window each time I enter my details.  Ive tried deleting the app and reinstalling but the same thing happens.  Has anyone know how I can make this work on Mac.

  I suggest that you manually reset Box Drive, steps can be found from this article:
