Dear team, our box folder owner has left the company and we are unable to restore his email. Can you please contact me to change the folder rights? Many thanks and kind regards. Vit

    Hi Vit,

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Transferring the folder ownership should be initiated by the current folder owner. If you can't reach the user or his email is already invalid I'm afraid there's no alternative option for Box Support to access the user's account.
