Box Status

Assertion Failed: The current user may not be authenticate to box as admin!

Box For Salesforce

I am getting this error while setting up the Box and it gives all lots of error. The user was setup earlier and somehow disconnected due to changing password in the box. attaching the screenshots please assist urgently.
