Syncing between Web version and iPad Version

I have made lots of edits to plans on my iPad version on the app and can see them but when I go to the desk top version I do not see the updates from the past couple of months.  How do I get these 2 to sync properly

    It appears that your Enteprise have a designated team that works with Box Premier Services.

    For immediate assistance, you should contact your internal helpdesk team.
