.MOV preview only include one audio channel

Hi all,

I did not see this as a previous post, but I'm running into situations where .MOV files uploaded to Box do not preview properly.

When downloaded the file audio functions properly, but in Box preview it only appears to be pulling in the first audio channel - all other audio channels are muted/ignored.

Anyone else encountering this / is this a known issue? Thanks in advance

    I’m experiencing an issue where .MOV files uploaded to Box are not previewing correctly. Specifically, the audio in the Box preview seems to only play from the first audio channel, while other channels are muted or ignored. However, when the file is downloaded, the audio functions properly.
