I can't see or delete files on my account that are taking up space

I have 8 gigs of files in use on my account that I can not see so I can't delete them. There is a chance these files were uploaded to my account from a client/publisher and even if I could see them I would not be able to delete them.

Is there a script that can be run to clean up that?
