I get the message "Account Storage Limit Reached"

The contract type of the plan is Enterprise plan.

When I try to upload, the message "Account Storage Limit Reached" appears and I cannot upload the file.

The administrator changed the settings in the management console, but the changes have not been reflected.

Please take action.
