Locked out of Box account, need help with MFA

Been locked out of my account with critical information on it because it's saying I need an authenticator code, but I never set one up. There's no number to call or no-one to contact. How can I get my account back urgently?

    In order to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication, you must contact Box Support using the email address linked to your affected Box account.
