Box Drive on Windows 10 will not log in

I am stuck in a loop where Box Drive gets stuck in a loop and will not process the login of my google account. Every time I log in, the window closes and opens as the login window again.

I have done the reset as described here:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, updated windows, deleted the entirety of the box folders in the reset locations and registry. Nothing seems to work.
