Hello, Is there a way to automatically remove all external collaborators from a specific folder on a monthly basis?

    Hi Sahar, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    You could enable collaborator auto-expiration, this feature allows you to set a specific timeframe to when the collaboration would last. 

    To enable this, you must reach out to your Box Admin. Note that it will be implemented on every invited collaborators in your Enterprise's owned folders.
