Hello will you please cancel my account before charges begin I will use the product in the future but dont need it at this time. Would like to cancel before any charges are assesed to my account.

    Please cancel my account I will be using it int he future but I want to cancel my free tiral before I am charged.

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Canceling a Business or Enterprise Account

    Only the account administrator can cancel a Business or Enterprise account.

    1. Go to Admin Console > Account & Billing.
    2. In the Status field in the Account Information section, click Cancel Account.
      Do not see this option? Submit a ticket here.
    3. A pop-up window will ask you to confirm your action. After affirming, click Continue.
    4. Click Permanently Cancel My Account to complete the process.
      • The account will cancel at the end of the service term.

    The account owner or administrator will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
