After logging out of my desktop Box and logging back in I am now missing lots of files and folders of my work? Can someone urgently advise as to where these may have gone and can they be recovered? ( I do hope so!)

    Is there any direct support with Box? I am paying a monthly fee and this is a matter of urgency?
