Storage Space Inaccuracy
RéponduWhenever I try to save something to Box, it says that the storage capacity is full, but it says storage used 0 B of 10.0 GB. Why am I unable to save my files?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Looks like the issue lies with your collaborated folder. Please identify the folder owner and reach out to this user. The latter could either delete unncessary files or increase his/her storage allocation.
