Storage limit exceeded

How can I see my storage vs available storage. There is 1 Excel spreadsheet I am trying to update but I keep getting the message some uploads failed, "storage limit exceeded"

 

Can you help me understand the issue so I can upload the file please?

    Hi Christian,

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    It shows you've reached your storage allocation. Your current plan has unlimited storage but your Box Administrator can still limit your account storage. 

    Please contact your Box Admin to increase your storage. Meanwhile, you can check your used storage by going to box.com> Account Settings and scroll down to Storaged Used.
