Single Service Account rate limiting

Is there a way to distribute docs across multiple service accounts to avoid API rate limits? I'm trying to index Box with Glean and running into limitations as all my docs are tied to a single service account. I don't need increased rate limits in perpetuity (so please don't try to upsell me), just for a week.
