Missing right click menu in certain files and folders

Running box on Win11 23H2 , all updates installed.

Box application has been removed and reinstalled.

The problem that occurs is that in only 1 main folder certain subfolder (the folder itself not the files) or certain pdf files are missing the right click menu.

I thought it had something to do with naming conventions but as i find files with even longer names in lower tiers that still have the option, can't be that.

Other folders are fine, other files are fine, i can have tree structure that works fine but some folder in the middle of the structure refuses to give me right click menu only on pdf files and not on the word documents in that same folder.

Happens on different devices but with the same folder.

Recreating the folder and moving all files is not an option.

Copying one of the problematic files to another location, brings back the options though so something must be wrong with or within the folder itself.

Looking forward for advice.
