Get list of folders via API using access_token

There is a need to get the list of folders for particular box user (or check if folder even exists) in behalf of `system user`.

Is it possible?

  https://api.box.com/2.0/folders/93878008084 returns me all the folders

  maybe there is a need to use collaborations? if so - can filter by `"accessible_by"` field just in GET request or we need to parse JSON?
