Box Status

My personal files are gone but company's files no

Hi, i recently started a new work project with a company, so they share with me their files, everything good, i open Dropbox and i can see their folders, but where all my personal files gone? I went to ALL files and i just can't find them... 

After this i realize that i was in https://app.box.com/folder/0 so i close it that and i type https://www.dropbox.com/, this actually lead me to my own files, and if i go to https://app.box.com then i can see the company's files, so what is the difference between app.box.com and dropbox.com? So confusing

    Hi Pedro, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!

    Box and Dropbox are two separate cloud content providers. 

    Looks like your personal files are currently in your dropbox account. To get it to Box, please login to the  Box website and upload them to your account.

    Thats funny, i didn't know that, question, how do i create a folder that IS NOT shared with my company, because right now all the folders in my box are shared folders from them. but i want one for myself.
