I would like to upgrade my box account so I have more storage. Unfortunately, I had to create it with a google account that I don't check email on very often. EVERY SINGLE TIME I TRY TO PAY FOR UPGRADE they say that my account needs further verification. This all really started because my silly university switched from box to teams so I coudn't create the account with an email that had my name from before. Anyway, this is a pain. Someone please help. Or I'll find a different storage service.
