I am trying to connect SharePoint to box to perform a migration but cant do it because I am getting the folowing message

 

@This application cannot be used because it is not allowed by your Box administrator.

If you have any questions, please contact your administrator at box-admin@domain.com.@

 

I have created and app and is already authorized and approved named Microsoft 365 Migration with the provided information by Microsoft but issue persist
