Losing access to this email

Hello, so this is an institutional Box account and I'm about to lose access to this. What's the best way for me to transmit all the files over to another personal account such that if the institutional Box account is deleted I still have access to all files in the cloud.

    Hi Andrew, 

    Welcome to Box community!

    I recommend that you add your personal account as a collaborator  to the institutional Box account. Upon acceptance of the collaboration invitation by your personal account, your institutional Box account will be able to transfer ownership of the folder(s).
