I've seen a blurb with some of box's marketing about Friction-free file recovery.  However, I don't find any whitepapers on their actual disaster recovery or backups of our data.  I've just seen this line:

" Box provides failsafe cloud backup, using multiple data centers with reliable power sources and backup systems to offer 99.9% SLAs and redundancy."

Is there a whitepaper that goes through this? How often do the backups run?  How many data centers?

This is for my disaster recovery documentation.
