I want to avoid error messages every time I open my PC.

Every time I open my PC, I get an upload error message like the one in the attached image, and I have to go through the trouble of opening and closing it every time. Please let me know how I can get rid of that error message.

    The original question was in English. While the attached image was not in English, I don't think it is essential.
