Box for netsuite - subtab is not shown at NetSuite after configuration

I would like to configure Box for netsute , I used following documents

B. https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044195553-Setting-up-and-Enabling-the-Box-for-Oracle-NetSuite-Integration

however I can not do procedure "After Record Configuration: Enabling the Box for Oracle NetSuite Integration" for manual B since no box tab is appear at subtub at NetSuite , could you please help us

Current set up is like this

Netsuite configuration - BOX – Integration Config , subdomain/enterpriseID configured

Netsute record type config customerization ＞Box Record type ＞Purchase Order　is selected and Record FIELD, permission is configured , clicked for enabled checkbox

BOX , Netsuite application is approved

However no BOX tab at Netsuite
