not sure that i can explain it other than it said the user already existed,... and I looked and didn't see the user and to give access and created enterprise account and I don't see shared files when I log in as him. Strange. Is this all there is Community support?? Good way to keep expenses down,.... I guess.

    UPDATE : the groups i set didn't stick, so I went back and set the settings again and this time it worked.
