can not upgrade to Box Starter

Hi,  I entered my payment info perfectly although I've got the error message below, and could not complete the upgrade to Box Starter. I need your help. Thank you.

    Welcome to the Box Community!
     
    I understand you are having trouble upgrading your Box account. This will require our Billing team to work directly with you so I went ahead and created a ticket for you for an agent to help look into this.
