I have been trying to load but it does not show that they have been downloaded. Can you tell me what am I doing wrong?

  Do you mind sharing more details? Are you trying to download files, but you're not seeing progress? Are you using Box Sync or downloading files from Box.com online?

  Sharing more pictures and information will be helpful for the community to pitch in with help needed.

  I ordered Box, but charts have not synced yet. What do I need to do?
